Memorandum of Understanding between the SFIDA and the Agricultural Parks Company

A MoU between the SFIDA and the Agricultural Parks Company (http://www.apcp.ir/en/) was signed by the CEOs of the both companies on 10 August 2021.

The memorandum is to create grounds for expanding the shareholding area in the funds which are set up for supporting the development of the agricultural sector by organizing and accepting the beneficiaries and activists of agricultural parks and granting the credit of the Agricultural Parks Company (PAC) to the funds supporting the development of the agricultural sector.

Also, the establishment of a specialized fund in the field of agricultural estates, joint and direct investments in mutually agreed projects in the field of agricultural estates are among the topics of cooperation and understanding between the two parties.

In the end, it was decided that in order to achieve these subjective, the solutions in a working group consisting of relevant managers and led by two members of the board of the two companies were proposed and reviewed and after summarizing, two parties (PAC and SFIDA) will be announced.

Agricultural Parks Company is a developmental organization and applies various supports and services through the provision of developmental programs to guidance, support and supervision of the construction and development of Agricultural Parks and Complexes.
